Cold Store
- 600 steri pallet storage slots –the plan is to pre load steri and plug in on site- containers will be stabilized before x-haul direct into stacks
- 5000 commercial cooling pallet slots operating on the mole system
- Container plug-in facility for 54 reefer containers
- Container loading within temperature controlled airlock facility
- 7 Cross-dock (with pneumatic dock levellers and sealing units) container bays,
- PPECB and DAFF approved inspection facilities with staging area for fruit
- WMS EDI (Solution)system with automated stock reports
- Cold store operations on 24 hour basis
- Full temperature monitoring via RF probes
